HOW TO BOOK YOUR PLACE ~ Àite Aithrigid Retreat

Your place is reserved once we receive your booking form, subject to your deposit payment (or full payment if you wish) within three days of submitting your booking form.
If possible, for UK caimeachs, it will help us if you make your payments by bank transfer .We will email you confirmation of your reservation, with details of the Teinnean bank account.
If you live outside the UK, we will contact you to make other arrangements.
Balance payments are due by June 1st 2025. Thank you

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for this retreat is the same as for our annual teaching retreats:
~ Deposit is non-refundable
~ If you have to cancel your place, your balance or full payment can only be refunded if we are able to fill your place on the retreat, in order to cover the cost of hiring our accommodation.
~ We strongly advise you to take out your own insurance to cover you in the event that you have to cancel.
