Intensive four-day residential retreats at The Bield, offer spiritual teachings and practices of the Céile Dé tradition to long-term practitioners and newcomers alike.
ONGOING COMMUNITY : Newcomers will have the opportunity for ongoing study, meditation and spiritual practice within established Céile Dé groups, offering a powerful, well-supported container for those who seek a path that invites commitment and openness to real inner change.
Retreat Price Information
There are two separate costs for your Céile Dé teaching retreat with Sr Fionn.
1. Accommodation Payment - tbc
This is a fully residential retreat, including all meals from dinner on day one through to lunch on the last day. The cost includes venue hire, all meals, shared accommodation, use of garden and all the facilities at The Bield. Payment for this is made online, when you book your place through this website. The cost of your place for a shared room at The Bield is £385.
2. Personal Payment - 'Deercc'
In addition there is the financial amount which you give to Sr Fionn at the end of the retreat, in return for the teachings you have received and all that she does in her role as retreat facilitator. In line with traditional Céile Dé practice, a bag is handed round towards the end of the retreat in which you place your contribution. We call this 'Deercc' - a Gaelic term which means 'Love of God'. Each person discerns the amount they will give. You can find more information on Deercc here.
